    Shipping FAQs:

    We offer standard delivery service internationally.

    Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page.

    All shipping costs are at a flat rate of £[amount]. Delivery will be free for orders over £60.

    It will take 1-2 business days for us to process your orders and 3-5 business days for standard delivery.

    Return Policy:

    If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most unused items in new condition. However, as a small business, we require the customer to cover the returning postage.

    You can get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us an email (info@thecapxchange.com) with the order number and reason for your return.

    Our customer service representative will get back to you within 2 business days informing you of return procedures and return address.

    Return Conditions:

      • Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing.
      • We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
      • We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
      • We do not accept returned items that were for sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All clearance or discounted items are not eligible for return nor exchange.
      • Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
